Orthorhombic form I crystals of chicken egg white lysozyme have been crystallized in the various conditions, but the crystallographic characteristics and the influences of microgravity are not well known. Therefore, we will examine the conditions to obtain the single crystals of good diffraction quality using the various environments including a microgravity in space.
