But the mechanism of these disorganizations is unclear. In the last symposium, it was reported that the effect of gene expression in bovine endothelial cells was detected by differential display method. Some fragments that showed different expression level were picked up and were determined the primary sequence of these. From the results of database search, one of the fragments was identified as Leukemia-Associated Rho-GEF (LARG). From the open reading frame research, LARG of bovine endothelial cells was contained the specific domains of Dbl family. The homology each domain between bovine LARG and human LARG showed high as follows: 98.8 percent in PDZ domain, 95.7 percent in LH domain, 98.6 percent in DH domain and 99.2 percent in PH domain. In this study, the fragment that showed the different expression under clinorotation as LARG was identified.
