We have studied the continuous mixing of propellant slurry with peristaltic mixing transporter to reduce the cost of a solid rocket motor. In the previous study, we confirmed that the propellant slurry mixed with peristaltic mixing transporter had the same performance as a planetary mixer in combustion experiment. The next target is the production efficiency, safety, and quality for actual rocket motor manufacturing. In this paper, as a first step of the target, we report that we developed a new peristaltic mixing transporter with improved motional speed, heating performance and material input. And we confirmed its performance improvement from mixing of simulated propellant slurry.
