The H3.7 (ALH77299) ordinary chondrite shows thermal metamorphic features probably occurred in its parent body. We studied temperature of thermal metamorphism by analyzing Fe-Mg zoning of olivine in the ALH77299 H3.7 chondrite. We calculated the zoning profile to obtain the best-fit profile for the different temperature ranges and compared the least squares residuals among the different temperature ranges. Our results suggest that the temperature of thermal metamorphism is around 600 C in its parent body, being consistent with those of petrologic and mineralogical study.
