To study the heat transfer problems of unsteady flows encountered in internal combustion engines of aeroplanes or automobiles, an equipment of wind tunnel was developed to supply air-flows with unsteady velocity and temperature. The capacity of the present equipment with 100 mm × 60 mm testsection are mean velocity : 0～60 m/s, velocity frequency : 0～10 Hz, mean temperature : 20～80℃, temperature frequency : 0～2 Hz.
