A linear advection-diffusion equation has been solved in order to develop a new scheme. It has been found from a relation between an interpolation method and numerical scheme that a Lagrangian scheme is one of the best ways to solve a scalar advection equation. It is, however, difficult to deal with an advection equation for a vector quantity. In this paper, a precise method to interpolate the vector in a cell is considered.
