Special Publication of National Aerospace Laboratory: Proceeding of the 13th and 14th NAL Workshop on 'Investigation and Control of the Boundary Layer Transition'
This proceeding summarizes the presentations given at the 13th and 14th gatherings held at National Aerospace Laboratory in September, 1993 and March, 1994 respectively. The topics of the presentations are grouped into: (1) studies of instabilities in three-Dimensional (3-D) boundary layers, longitudinal vortices, jets and wakes; (2) studies of transition processes by way of analyses and flow observations; (3) studies of the turbulence structure based on detailed flow-field measurements as well as numerical simulations; and (4) others including studies of aerodynamic noise and flows around high-speed train configurations.
