Three solar sources (flare, coronal hole, and filament disappearance) of planetary magnetosphere disturbances are studied in relation to the large-scale magnetic structure of the sun. Peculiar latitudinal variation observed in dark filaments, namely prominences, are well explained by a relation with the tree-dimensional magnetic structure. In conclusion all the three solar sources are revealed to have systematic relations with the source-surface neutral line.
