The measurement results showed that the surface resistivity in vacuum condition becomes higher than that in atmospheric condition. 内容記述 | This paper describes surface and volume resistivity of materials used for thermal control of a GPM (Global Precipitation Measurement)/DPR (Dual frequency Precipitation Radar) project's satellite.
