By improving mixing process, well performed, firm insulator was achieved. Evaluation of cure processes proved that alcohol released during insulator cure obstructed hardening of sealant resulting in insufficient cure time. Adequate cure time assured reduced alcohol release and mature vulcanization of sealant.
