Several plasma diagnostic measurements were carried out. The laboratory-model low-power Hall-effect thruster THT-4, the low-power radiation-cooled arcjet thruster RAT-7 and the quasisteady Magnetoplasmadynamic (MPD) arcjet thruster MY-3 were operated, and
