In the operation of KAGUYA(SELENE), in order to eliminate the effects of the wheel unloading via the unified propulsion subsystem (i.e. small accelerations), we use the data set without the wheel unloading for the orbit determination. On the other hand, in the case of the orbit prediction, we have to use the planned value for the effect of the wheel unloading. Therefore, these prediction data contain the errors caused by the orbit determination error, the miss modeling of spacecraft dynamics, and the difference between planned and actual of the unloading effects. In this analysis, we evaluate the accuracy of the orbit determination and prediction of KAGUYA.
