As a way of collecting information of an asteroid, it is considered that a spacecraft flies by or impacts an asteroid. The purpose of this study is to discuss navigation and guidance of a spacecraft which will fly by or impact an asteroid with high speed and a single camera. Because a spacecraft is assumed to have high speed velocity against an asteroid, it is anticipated that there will be some problems in a real mission. Therefore, an experiment is planned to examine such a high speed problem. This paper shows the plan of an experiment and some simulation results considering the experiment.
