A separation system was developed for pico-satellite that had realized reliable separation without using pyrotechnic devices. This paper mainly describes results of vibration tests and separation tests under microgravity environment to evaluate the system's performance. In addition, this separation system was used for the launch of Cubesat on 30 June 2003 in Russia. So the results of launch are also described.
