Arabidopsis thaliana was grown at 12, 23 and 101 kPa of total pressure changing O2 partial pressure in a reduced-pressure growth chamber and observed seed production after flowering. Leaf growth and heading time were compared among different light quality conditions changing blue/red photon flux with the same PPF.
