The period was consistent with the value expected from the rotational equation of the harmonic oscillation induced by the diamagnetic anisotropy of graphite. The phenomena serve as a basis to develop a new method to measure magnetic anisotropy. The sensitivity is expected to improve nearly four orders of magnitudes compared to the conventional methods.
