In fact, the collisional fragmentation make small fragment and suppress the growth of dust grains. The outcomes of collisions are governed by collisional velocities. In this study, we examine the collisional velocity in the way of dust growth to clarify whether collisional fragmentation of dust grains occurs in protoplanetary disks or not and where collisional
