The composition distributions of the supernova ejecta are adopted from 3.3, 4, 6, and 8 solar mass He star models. The supernova ejecta are divided into seven layers: Ni, Si/S, O/Si, O/Ne, O/C or C/O, He/C, and He/N layers. We consider the mixing of seven layers and seek the mixing ratios of the mixtures reproducing the isotopic ratios for six SiC type X grains and four low density graphite grains. We find the mixtures reproducing five isotopic ratios of three SiC type X grains and three low density graphite grains. The main composition of the mixtures is the He/N layer. In order to reproduce Al-26/Al-27 and Ti-44/Ti-48 larger than 0.1, the Ni layer should be included. However, too much mixing ratio of the Ni layer reduces the C/O ratio of the mixtures.
