In the case of a finite cylindrical silicate particle with the aspect ratio a/b = 4.0 and an average radius of 0.15 micrometer, which is a radius of volume equivalent sphere, it has been found that beta = 1.89 at Theta = 90 deg whereas beta = 0.34 at Theta = 0 deg. When such cylindrical particle rotates with a rotational speed omega along the shortest axis, perpendicular to the symmetry axis, its Keplar orbit shows a band structure with a width Delta-r, caused by a variation of beta with time. It has been found that the cylindrical particle released from the parent body on the circular orbit of a semimajor axis 3 AU makes the band structure with Delta-r = 2.17 AU when omega = 1
