To transmit Laser beam from geostationary orbit to ground steadily is one of the essential technical issue of the LSSPS(Laser Space Solor Power System).As the range of laser transmission is so long, it needs high-accuracy pointing system. However, its accuracy is disturbed by atmospheric disturbance. This paper shows the laser propagation characteristics influenced by atomospheric disturbance and the system concept of laser transmission of the LSSPS.
