In this paper, the research and development activities of launcher structures for low-cost Epsilon are described. Aimingfor cost reduction of both structures and avionics, the target of demonstrator was set to the Avio-stage concept. The designand manufacturing of this Avio-stage demonstrator is described first, and then the results of prototype manufacturing isdescribed in this paper.
