STAR計画 (Satellite Technology for the Asia-Pacific Region, アジア太平洋地域のための衛星技術計画)は、第14回アジア太平洋地域宇宙機関会議 (Asia-Pacific Regional Space Agency Forum, APRSAF-14) にて提案された計画であり、アジア太平洋地域の宇宙機関職員の人材育成の機会提供や同地域での地球観測衛星を増やし、これら地域の将来の地球観測ニーズへ対応することを目標としている。本報告書では、平成21年6月から平成23年12月までの活動について報告する。

STAR (Satellite Technology for the Asia-Pacific Region) Program is a project which is proposed at the 14th APRSAF(Asia-Pacific Regional Space Agency Forum). The objectives are: to provide the opportunities of developing human resources for the Space Agency staff in the Asia-Pacific region, to increase the number of earth observation satellites in the region, in addition, to meet the future needs for earth observation in the region. In this report, We report the activities of STAR program from June 2009 to December 2011.
