The fourth small satellite project named "TSUBAME" has started by Lab fo Space Systems (LSS) and Lab for Experimental Astrophysics (LEAP) at Tokyo Institute of Technology. TSUBAME, the size of 30cm × 30cm × 30cm and weight of 30 kg, has scientific and engineering missions: gamma-ray observation by changing the attitude at high speed with CMGs. In this paper, an overview of TSUBAME's missions, current development status of micro CMG and research for CMG steering logic are introduced.
