The optical guidance method in the inertia space is formulized as the so-called interception guidance. But in the non-inertia system, like the rendezvous problem to the space station, the stable guidance rule of the guidance using optical information is not drawn rationally. In this study, the optical navigation and guidance in such a non-inertial system are considered.
