          <datacite:description descriptionType="Abstract">航空宇宙技術研究所の吹出式超音速風洞で、フラッタ限界値推定法の研究を風洞試験で実証するに当たり、供試翼の破損を回避して試験データを安全確実に取得するため、超音速フラッタ停止装置を開発し、翼模型出し入れ装置の翼模型取付けブロックに一体化して設置した。この装置を用いることで、超音速フラッタを有効に停止出来ることが判明した。ここでは、超音速フラッタ停止装置の概要、フラッタ抑止効果の機能確認試験およびその結果について報告する。</datacite:description>
          <datacite:description descriptionType="Other">A new system of a flutter emergency stopper is developed for preventing catastrophic failure of wing models when they burst into flutter during supersonic blowdown in wind tunnel tests. This system is used in the tests of flutter boundary estimation of supersonic delta wings and is found to yield good results. The details of this system with some experimental results are described in this paper.</datacite:description>
