          <datacite:description descriptionType="Abstract">本稿では、1996年2月12日に打ち上げられた極超音速飛行実験機(以下HYFLEX)のマッハ2以下の飛行について述べる。飛行実験では機体の回収には失敗したものの、テレメトリデータ、レーダトラッキングデータが良好に取得された。本稿ではこれら取得されたデータに基づき、マッハ2以下の飛行について再現を試みた。得られた結果から、HYFLEXがスピン状態で降下していく様子が概ね把握できた。</datacite:description>
          <datacite:description descriptionType="Other">This paper describes the actual flight trajectory under Mach 2 of the Hypersonic Flight Experiment vehicle (HYFLEX). Although the recovery of the vehicle failed, radar tracking and telemetry data were obtained. In this paper, these data are analyzed and the flight trajectory under Mach 2 is reconstructed. It was found that the vehicle flew in a random spin and not according to the preflight plan. The reason for the failed maneuver was proved by postflight simulation.</datacite:description>
