          <dc:description>Effects of boundary conditions on bifurcation structures of two-dimensional steady progressive waves in plane Poiseuille flows are considered. There may exists a Hopf bifurcation on the upper branch of the progressive waves. In terms of the spectral method, the dimension of evolution equations of modes with a constant pressure gradient is larger by one than that with a constant flux.</dc:description>
