Japan","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_5_description_16":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"SPICA/SAFARlへの搭載を目的とした、大規模な遠赤外Ge:Gaモノリシックアレイ検出器の開発の現状についてNl介する。SPICAは、「あかり」に続く次期赤外線天文衛星計画であり、大口径(3m級)の望遠鏡を絶対温度で6K以下までに冷却して宇宙空間に打ち上げるため、画期的に優れた感度と高い空間分解能の達成が期待される。特に遠赤外波長域(30-210um)は、SPICAが最もI威力を発揮する観測波長帯であり、この波長帯の焦点面観測装置として、ヨーロッパが中心となって遠赤外分光撮像装置SAFARl(SpicA FAR-infrared instrument)の開発が進んでいる。我々はSAFARlの中間波長バンド(50-110um)検出器として搭載すべく、「あかり」で実績のあるGe:Ga光伝導素子を用いた大規模なモノリシックアレイ検出器の開発を行っている。我々の目標は、「あかり」に搭載した3×20ピクセルのGe:Gaモノリシックアレイを開発した技術を活かし、SPICA/SAFARl用に64×64ピクセルのアレイ検出器を開発することである。大規模アレイ化と高感度化をはかるため、(1)ボロン打ち込みにより形成した透明電極構造の最適化、(2)Ge:Ga素子内部での光多重反射を抑える反射防止膜の開発、(3)極低温で動作可能な信頼性の高い読み出し回路の採用、(4)熱膨張率の異なるGe:Gaモノリシック7レイとSi読み出し回路を接合するバンピング技術の開発といった新規技術開発を進めている。フルサイズの検出器を製作するに先立ち、個々の技術開発を盛り込んだ5x5ピクセルの試作検出器を作成した。性能評価試験の結果、本検出器は上記の技術的課題を克服し、期待通りの性能で動作することがが実証さhた。本ポスターでは、個々の技術開発要素についての成果と試作検出器の性能について報告するとともに、フルサイズ検出器の開発への見通しについてまとめる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_18":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"形態:
