Actuator use Ultrasonic motor (USM) has a few ploblem. In paticular we forcused friction heat is standed out in vaccum environment. Because of this frictional heat, performance of USM deteriorate in vaccum environment. We proposed frictional heat that is brought down performance deterioration avoid by using Ag thin film.
