Phenomena)や月面衝突発光といった月観測ミッションの実現を検討するものである。近年、搭載機器の小型化や高効率化により小型衛星でも十分新規性のある観測ミッションが実現されている。現在のところその活動範囲は近地球に限られているが固体モータを搭載した150kg級衛星であればピギーバック方式による月軌道ミッションも可能であるとの検討がなされている。LTP現象の記録は古く、16世紀から報告されているが科学観測がほとんど行われてこなかった。近年になってようやく地上での観測体制が整えられつつある。月面での流星衝突発光はしし座流星体の衝突に伴うものが1999年11月に初めて観測され、2004年8月に日本のグループ(一宮高校地学部、小川村天文台etc.)によって初めてペルセウス座流星群に伴うものが観測された。しかしLTPや流星群による月面衝突発光といった'低頻度な現象の観測'は人工衛星による科学観測ミッションとして取り上げるにはリスクが高く、これまで積極的な観測が行われてこなかった。本提案はコスト的なリスクが低いピギーバック方式による小型衛星を用いることで、小型衛星の活動範囲を月軌道まで拡大させることと、低頻度な現象の観測を狙うものである。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_32":{"attribute_name":"資料番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"資料番号:
