Symposium","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_5_description_16":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"我々は小型静止衛星を用いた広域地球大気科学観測計画(GOAL)を検討・提案している。従来の地球観測衛星は太陽同期軌道に投入され運用されるのが一般的だった。しかし、太陽同期軌道の場合、特定地点の観測は2-3日に1回程度の頻度しかなく、全球をカバーするにはやはり2-3日必要となる。一方、大気科学研究面および政策面から、大気微量成分やエアロソルなど変動・移動の早い対象の高頻度・高空間分解能観測に対する要請が高まっている。太陽同期軌道衛星では、このような要講に応えることは不可能である。そこで、静止軌道上のセンサから地球半球を時間間隔10分程度・空間分解能10km程度で観測する可能性を検討し、GOALとして提案している。十分な性能を持ちかつ短期間で開発可能な軽量センサが実現できるのならば、打ち上げ機会の多い静止衛星のピギーバックとしての軌道投入が現実味を帯びてくる。また、同様の構想がアメリカ・ヨーロッパの研究機関でも検討されており、国際協調の観点からも実現が望まれる状況である。GOALを構成するセンサとして、COイメージャー、紫外可視分光計、雷センサ、紫外可視イメージャを構想しているが、本稿ではこのうちオゾン・火山噴火SO2、エアロソルなどの定常観測を目的とする紫外可視イメージャーについて述べる。これは性能使用として空間分解能10km、時間分解能10分、信号雑音比(SNR)1,000以上を目指すもので、その目的と技術的可能性について考察する。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_32":{"attribute_name":"資料番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"資料番号:
