Symposium","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_5_description_16":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"人工衛星に搭載する半導体(固体素子)式データ記録装置は、従来型のテープ式またはディスク式記録装置と比較して、データ読み書き速度(メモリアクセス速度)が速い。また駆動(回転)部が無いため機械的信頼性が高く、モーターなどの反作用による宇宙機への動的擾乱がない点でも有利である。しかし、記憶媒体として大量に搭載するメモリチップには、宇宙環境での高エネルギー放射線(粒子)によるシングルイベント現象(Single Event Upset:SEU)やトータルドーズ(Total Ionizing Dose:TID)効果への対策を取る必要がある。SEUは荷電粒子により半導体素子上の電荷が反転し0/1のビット反転を起こすものであり、TID効果は陽子・電子などが素子に長期間に渡り照射され物理的損傷(素子特性の劣化)を起こす。これら問題解決のため、(独)宇宙航空研究開発機構(JAXA)では衛星搭載用半導体メモリ装置(SSR)を民生部品・コンポーネント実証衛星(Mission Demonstration test Satellite-1:MDS-1)に搭載し各種実験を行った。軌道上実験は2002〜2003年に実施し、ビット誤り発生率や発生パターン、ドーズ量、温度・電流値などの有益なデータを取得すると共に、SSRの実環境での正常動作を確認した。MDS-1搭載SSRの軌道上実績を受け、JAXAではデータ記録容量、読み書き速度、質量、消費電力、ならびにソフトウェアの機能を向上した次世代のSSRを開発した。これは大量の高分解能画像データを扱う次期地球観測衛星などに適する。また将来的には音楽・映像など、マルチメディア配信用の蓄積サーバとして、放送衛星への適用も考えられる。本稿ではこのSSRの特徴、仕様、各種試験結果、およびMDS-1搭載SSRの実験結果(概略)について述べる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_32":{"attribute_name":"資料番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"資料番号:
