Symposium","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_5_description_16":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"より遠方の宇宙を観測するためには、高角度分解能と大集光力を兼ね備えた望遠鏡の開発が必要である。しかし、現在のX線観測衛星に搭載されているX線望遠鏡は上記の性能のどちらか一方しか持っていない。我々は「プレス加工」を用いて、高角度分解能と大集光力の両方を有するX線望遠鏡基板を開発する。試作基板の開発目標を達成したことで、現在はアルミニウム合金に加えてマグネシウム合金製のプレス基板も製作している。そして、愛媛大学では平行光源を用いた基板の結像性能評価システムも現在構築中である。ここでは、マグネシウム基板の形状測定の結果と結像性能評価システムについて述べる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_32":{"attribute_name":"資料番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"資料番号:
