Symposium","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_5_description_16":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"宇宙科学研究所(現、宇宙航空研究開発機構宇宙科学研究本部、以下ISASと称する。)における科学衛星や深宇宙探査機のための搭載通信機器は、個々の観測目的に最適化されるよう、1つ1つ作り直されてきた。しかし、個々のプロジェクトの予算の範囲では、自ずと資金と開発期間とに制約があり、必ずしも十分な対応がなされてきたわけではない。プロジェクトの要求水準の高度化に合せ通信機器の改良を行っていくことは、最大限の科学成果を取得する要求から必須であるにも関わらず、現実には求められる改良は困難になりつつある。まして、地上系システムの改善は後手に回らざるを得ない。従来の微小な変更を繰り返す開発路線とは一線を画し、将来を見据えて、要求性能を先取りした新しい通信機器の開発をこの数年間行ってきた背景がそれである。深宇宙探査での通信能力の全般的な改善を目指す手始めとして、先ず搭載用の通信機器:X帯ディジタルトランスポンダーを選び、その機能検証モデルの開発経過を本シンポジウムでも継続的に報告してきた。現在、このトランスポンダーに付与した(あるいは、予定をしている)新しい機能の実用化に不可欠な地上局システムの改良を始めつつある。これは、現在のISASの科学衛星や探査機を運用する地上局のシステムは、運用を通じた信頼性や耐久性を重視する設計思想で一貫しており、新しい機能を検証、追加する目的には不便であるからである。今後、順次取り入れていく通信機能の実証段階で、状況に応じて求められる各種実験を円滑に進める上でも、実験の基盤となる地上系システムを構築する必要がある。これによって、衛星・探査機の運用を不慮に中断させない安全が確保されると共に、今の地上局システムの予備となり得る信頼が生まれることにもなる。事実上、単一局での運用とならざるを得ない状況にあるISASの深宇宙探査機にあって、このことは重要といえる。このように、今のISASの置かれた状況では、新しい地上局の雛型は、実運用も含めた様々な利点が期待される。実験用の地上系システムは、先ず、ターボ符号の導入実験を行うことを目的として先行構築する計画である。この地上系システムの概要を主として、ISASの通信技術に関連する最近の進展を報告する。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_32":{"attribute_name":"資料番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"資料番号:
