380のジェットはうねった構造を持っている。このうねったジェットの構造が、ジェットの根元の周期運動によって生じていると考え、観測されたジェットの軌跡に対して非線形最小2乗法によるモデルフィットを行った。この結果から、周期が77.6±2.4yr、ジェットコーンの半頂角が0.60度±0.10度、ジェット中心軸の視線角が1.8度±0.3度、ジェットの放出速度が0.9992±0.0001c(全て静止系における値)と求められ、ジェットのうねった構造が、ジェット根元の周期運動によって説明できることがわかった。また、この周期運動は、主に連星ブラックホールの軌道運動によると考えるのが適切で、軌道運動のパラメータは、軌道半径が0.040±0.007pc、第1ブラックホール(以後FBHと略記)と第2ブラックホール(以後SBHと略記)の質量和が7±3×10(exp
