Symposium","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_5_description_16":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"1998年に完成した理研の超伝導トンネル接合素子(STJ)作製用クリーンルームを用いたSTJ開発は順調に進み、高いエネルギー分解能を有する素子の作製が安定して行えるようになった。STJはその検出原理から、特に1keV以下の光子に対して適した検出器であり、この領域で分光能力を備えた検出器は皆無であり、STJの実用化が強く望まれている。STJの分光能力により、従来では不可能であった広帯域(可視光〜X線)分光撮像観測が視野に入ってきた。将来の衛星搭載を見据えて、STJによる1keV以下のエネルギーの広帯域スペクトル観測ロケット実験を検討している。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_32":{"attribute_name":"資料番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"資料番号:
