This computer system is based on System on Chip (SoC) technology with SRAM-type FPGA. SoC technology has following advantage, 1) Flexibility of the system, 2) Reduction of development period by using existent IPs. However a SRAM type FPGA does not have strong tolerance against the SEU (Single Event Upset) phenomena. Therefore, the radiation may induce bit error in the static memory element and the configuration memory.
