The inflation of the magnetic field by the plasma was proposed by a group of the University of Washington and the basic research has just started. This paper summarizes the characteristics of the magneto plasma sail by comparing with the other low-thrust propulsion systems, and investigates the potential of its application to near future planetary missions. Finally, engineering satellite for magneto plasma sail is proposed as a first step., 資料番号: AA0045441088}, pages = {385--390}, publisher = {宇宙科学研究所, The Institute of Space and Astronautical Science (ISAS)}, title = {磁気プラズマセイル工学実験衛星の提案:外惑星探査のBreakthrough}, year = {2003} }
