HK-01, exposed high and low temperature for several hours and weeks. All the cyanobacterial cells was able to live under the environment, 80C, 100C in an hour and -80C and 80C in 45 minutes during one week and three weeks in room temperature 25℃. The surface of the dray lump was observed under a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). After the exposed cells, they are difficult to live under the environment, 100C in 2, 3 hours.
