Arabidopsis seeds were sown in Gelrite containing Murashige-Skoog medium, vernalized, and treated with simulated microgravity using a three-dimensional clinostat or hypergravity at 300 G using a centrifuge for two to four days in the dark. The effects of these altered-gravity conditions on the growth of hypocotyls and roots were analyzed by obtaining two-dimensional projected images., 共催: 日本学術会議, joint hosting: The Science Council of Japan, 資料番号: AA0064730063}, publisher = {宇宙航空研究開発機構宇宙科学研究本部, Institute of Space and Astronautical Science, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA)}, title = {異なる重力環境がシロイヌナズナの芽生えの成長に与える影響}, volume = {26}, year = {2010} }
