Plants were grown for 20 - 26 days under continuous light, and then exposed to hypergravity at 300 g or placed at 1 g for 24 h in the dark. Proteins extracted from the flower buds with a buffer containing Triton X-100 were subjected to two-dimensional electrophoresis. It was turned out that hypergravity up-regulated the expression of nine spots of polypeptides and down-regulated that of five spots. These peptides were subjected to matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight (MALDI-TOF) mass spectrometry, to compare the present proteome results with our previous transcriptome results., 資料番号: AA0064297005}, publisher = {宇宙航空研究開発機構宇宙科学研究本部, Institute of Space and Astronautical Science, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA)}, title = {シロイヌナズナの花芽に対する過重力の影響についてのプロテオーム解析}, volume = {25}, year = {2009} }
