It is possible that the 3 G-induced attenuation of the vestibulo-cardiovascular reflex might be due to the alteration of either the static inputs to the vestibular system or the phasic inputs to the vestibular system. We hypothesized that the electrical vestibular stimulation might prevent the 3 G-induced plastic alteration of the vestibulo-cardiovascular reflex if the alteration of the phasic inputs to the vestibular system was occurred.
