Smaller regression coefficient was estimated in heart rate about the everyday exercised group between the relation to the product of workload (watts) and time. Heart rate during the exercise was approximated most suitably by second-order exponential function for everyday exercised, and by exponentianl hyperbolic sine function for every other day exercised.
