The law will severely influence the direction of space development and Japanese society in the coming space era. Basically the human kind has performed development of space because we have continuously kept a dream and desire that we ourselves want to go to space and live there. To realize the dream we need also to study intensively the space life science as well as the space material science. Unfortunately the low does not make mention of importance and necessity of the life science, and it does mention even of science itself in only two items among a total of 39 items. We need to discuss more carefully and widely the low, Uchu-kihon-hou in the various communities to contribute for development space under the concept of basic humans dream and desire and to construct some day a peaceful human society in space environment., 資料番号: AA0064297072},
