 note = {We report the activities on the working group 'High Energy Cosmic Ray Observation'. We have been developing the CALET (Calorimetric Electron Telescope) instrument on-board the Japanese Experiment Module/Exposed Facility, JEM/EF, of the ISS (International Space Station). We are successfully developing the instruments, and carried out a balloon flight of the proto-type in 2006.
