Responses were obtained usually for contra-lateral eye stimulation. Response pattern were transient ON-OFF and sustained ON response. Furthermore, we tried to record spike activity from small fish 'MEDAKA'. However, we could not obtain clear response because of difficulty to manipulate a small fish.
