For such estimation, the genetic influences of various types of Ionizing Radiation (IR) involved in the space radiation are elucidated, especially at low-dose level. The investigations are based upon the mutation detection system, which is established by using human lymphoblastoid cell TK6. In fact, the observed mutational event, Loss Of Heterozygosity (LOH) was shown to be a good indictor for the influence of low-dose IR including heavy-ions, which are known as major components of space radiation. Recently an effort to estimate the effects of radioadaptation by utilizing the above mutation-system are made because a long stay in space can be considered as a priming treatment in the adaptive response., 資料番号: AA0048095061}, pages = {263--265}, publisher = {宇宙航空研究開発機構宇宙科学研究本部, Institute of Space and Astronautical Science, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA/ISAS)}, title = {宇宙放射線の遺伝的影響研究:細胞レベルでの挑戦}, year = {2005} }
