Hypergravity conditions produced by centrifugation have been used to analyze the mechanisms of gravity resistance responses. Under hypergravity conditions, plants increase the cell wall rigidity for resisting the gravitational force. However, the molecular mechanism inducing gravity resistance responses is not known. To identify genes involved in gravity resistance responses, changes in gene expression by hypergravity stimuli were analyzed by the differential display method and microarray analysis. Here possible roles of genes up-regulated under hypergravity conditions in gravity resistance responses is discussed., 資料番号: AA0048095067}, pages = {287--290}, publisher = {宇宙航空研究開発機構宇宙科学研究本部, Institute of Space and Astronautical Science, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA/ISAS)}, title = {植物の抗重力反応における遺伝子発現の変化}, year = {2005} }
