Actin stress fibers were disorganized under clinorotation, whereas the expression level of RhoA proteins, which stimulate the formation of actin stress fibers, was enhanced under that condition. From immunoblot analysis, the protein expression level of leukemia-associated Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor (LARG), a kind of Rho-GEF, was depressed under clinorotation. And the gene expression level of LARG was also depressed under vector-averaged gravity. These results indicated that the depression of RhoA activation caused the disorganization of actin stress fiber, and Rho activation process might be affected by vector-averaged gravity. Signal transduction relating with Rho activation might be an important pathway of gravity sense and response mechanism on cells., 資料番号: AA0046917011}, pages = {29--30}, publisher = {宇宙航空研究開発機構宇宙科学研究本部, Institute of Space and Astronautical Science, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA/ISAS)}, title = {クリノスタット培養の細胞内アクチンファイバー再構成への影響}, year = {2004} }
