Here it is reported that phosphorylated histone H2AX at ser 139 (gamma-H2AX) and NBS1, which are required for efficient DNA double-strand break repair by homologous recombination, form large undissolvable foci after exposure to accelerated Fe ions. These results suggest that unrepairable DNA clustered damage is induced by heavy ions, in vivo and gamma-H2AX and NBS1 can be used as molecular marker of DNA clustered damage., 資料番号: AA0045438004}, pages = {9--11}, publisher = {宇宙科学研究所, The Institute of Space and Astronautical Science (ISAS)}, title = {宇宙放射線によるDNAクラスター損傷生成の可能性}, year = {2003} }
